Can your business support LNWH Charity?
We are very lucky in North West London to have a vibrant and generous business community that is keen to support the local community – in which many of our staff live.
We passionately believe that the health and wellbeing of our community is vitally important and of benefit to us all. We strive to support the delivery of medical services throughout the region so that the entire community receives the best healthcare possible.
We work with local companies to create partnerships which help us raise funds to continue our vital work while helping businesses foster greater teamwork and understanding between employees. It is no coincidence that most of the best performing businesses are also the most philanthropic.
There are many ways that your company can support our work, from staff fundraising activities, event sponsorship, cause-related marketing, gifts in kind and volunteering.
Children’s Christmas Appeal by Westside Radio London and Access Storage
Westside Radio kindly nominated Jack's Place at Northwick Park Hospital to be one of the recipients in the Access Self Storage Christmas Charity Appeal.
The radio station asked local residents and businesses to drop off new toys, games, DVDs and Craft Supplies in the reception of Access Storage stores, from where the gifts were sorted before being delivered to the hospital in time for staff to hand them out to our young patients over Christmas. Westside Radio station manager, Sone Palda comments “We were very excited to help this year’s Access Self Storage Christmas campaign. Together with the support of the local community we were proud to be able to spread some Christmas joy to young people staying in local hospitals over the festive period”.
Wendy George, Head of Charitable Funds, said, “LNWH Charity is delighted and grateful to have been nominated by West Side Radio as one of the beneficiaries of the Christmas collection spearheaded by the station and Access Self Storage West London stores. These new gifts have made a huge difference to the children we care for over Christmas.”
