What we do

We provide specialist palliative care for patients with complex needs who are at the end of their lives, based on need, not diagnosis or prognosis. Complex healthcare needs are those which are difficult to manage, particularly when many problems are occurring at once.

These can include physical symptoms, psychological symptoms, family distress, social issues or spiritual challenges.
