Supporting training and education
Dec 08, 2025
Thanks to our funding, Melanconia Duval Pazzaglia, senior lecturer practitioner and ICU course lead and three colleagues from the ICU Team at Northwick Park Hospital presented their quality improvement research projects at the prestigious British Association of Critical Care Nurses (BACCN) Conference 2025 in Blackpool.
Melanconia said: “Saloni Puri delivered her very first conference presentation, ‘From Burnout to Balance: Resilience Strategies for ICU Nurses - A Literature Review’ to a packed room and received outstanding feedback. Roselyn Dhanasamy and Kevine Otieno presented their research posters showcasing professionalism and passion.
“These achievements highlight the impact of nurse-led education and research within our Trust, demonstrating how investment in professional development directly strengthens our critical care workforce and enhances patient care.
“We are incredibly grateful to the LNWH Charity for their continued support in making this work possible and enabling nurses to showcase their research and innovation on a national platform.
