Hydration stations

Water makes up two thirds of our body so it’s vital we drink enough fluid to maintain a healthy balance.
Topping up your water bottles at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust hydration stations throughout the day is a great way to keep your fluids up.
They are located throughout our three hospital sites, so carry your refillable bottles and fill up when you see one.
