A donation of just £9 could buy an end-of-life comfort pack, filled with thoughtful essentials that help bring dignity, reassurance and compassionate support to a patient and their family during an incredibly difficult time.

Each pack includes simple but meaningful items:

• Hand and body lotion to soothe dry skin
• Lip balm
• Ear plugs
• An eye mask
• A packet of tissues
• Deodorant and hand wipes
• A dental kit
• And a notebook and pen for important thoughts, messages or memories

Families can spend many long and emotional hours beside someone they love.
