Our first-ever LNWH Charity staff five-a-side football tournament reached a thrilling climax, ending in a nerve-racking penalty shootout.

Five determined teams fought for a place in the final, but only Digital Nomads and Northwick Park FC remained to battle for the championship trophy.

Neither side gave an inch. With the match deadlocked and everything resting on penalties, the pressure mounted until Sami Hamida stepped up and smashed the ball into the back of the net, sealing a dramatic victory for Digital Nomads.

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in support of their hospital Charity and especially to Digital Nomads, who held their nerve when it mattered most to become our first-ever tournament champions.

Thanks to our partners, Grundon Waste Management Ltd, for sponsoring this event.
