Huge congratulations to David Warunge for completing the TCS London Marathon and he still can’t believe it. “It's the hardest thing I’ve ever done - mentally, physically and emotionally, but also one of the best experiences of my life. I completed it in 3:47:51 which is fantastic, as I was aiming for three and half hours.

“I honestly couldn’t have done it without the support of my fantastic friends, who showed up and shouted me through the miles. Seeing them all on the route carried me all the way to the finish line.

“A massive thank you to everyone who donated. Together we raised £2,208 smashing my initial target of £500. Thanks also to LNWH Charity for giving me this opportunity.”

As a token of our appreciation, we presented David with a delicious hamper, filled will lots of goodies for him to enjoy.
